I'm trying to find different ways to deliver value to our existing customers – sell them more stuff and encourage them to use us more and buy more from us.
I'm trying to introduce a new or existing product or service into a new and/or existing territory.
I need to increase our competitive advantage and put less pressure on price.
I need to better understand my customers, their values and what they value most.
I need to establish a vision and mission for our company that will motivate and inspire employees, and create a differentiated selling proposition in the marketplace.
